Public announcement period: July 10, 2025 to July 14, 2025 

During the public announcement period, if any supplier or other interested party has objections to the winning candidate, they can submit their concerns to the purchaser. According to laws and regulations such as the "Bidding and Tendering Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People's Republic of China", and the "Measures for Handling Complaints in Engineering Project Bidding and Tendering Activities", as well as enterprise regulations such as the "Trial Measures for Handling Objections in Purchasing of China Telecom Group", the following requirements for submitting objections are hereby informed: 

The person raising the objection should be a responding supplier or a stakeholder related to this project. 

2. Any objections should be raised through the "Bidding and Tendering - Objection Submission - Raise Objection" module on China Telecom's Sunshine Procurement Network. The written objection materials should include the objection matters and supporting materials, etc. The objections should cover the following contents:
